RICHARDSON – The McCallum Glen and The Courts of McCallum multifamily communities — totaling 419 units — have been sold by Chandler Management Corp. to Busboom Management Group LLC.

McCallum Glen is a 160,100-sf, 275-unit multifamily property with an address of 7740 McCallum Blvd. Courts of McCallum is an 83,426-sf, 144-unit multifamily property located at 7777 McCallum Blvd.

McCallum Glen was built in 1985, while The Courts of McCallum was completed in 1984. The two Class B assets are close to major employment centers and retail opportunities.
