Houston: 301,932-SF Park Ten Center underway
HOUSTON – Park Ten Center, a 301,932-sf office complex located at Park Ten Blvd. and Park Row in the Energy Corridor, has broken ground.
The complex will be comprised of two 150,966-sf, three-story structures. Preparation for the development began with the demolition of seven buildings totaling 150,000 sf.
A joint venture between Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and Texas-based Stonelake Capital Partners is developing the project with an expected completion date scheduled for July 2014.
The project is being built on a speculative basis with one lease signed and another in the works, according to Kevin Wyatt, senior vice president of marketing at Lincoln.
Lincoln is also has another project in the Energy Corridor area, Energy Crossing II located at I-10 and SH 6. The eight-story, 340,000-sf building is scheduled for completion in 2013 and is 65 percent preleased to Atwood Oceanics Inc., a Houston-based offshore driller.
