HOUSTON – Nearly 112 acres in north Houston were sold to Ligomar LLC and Orinokia Supply LLC. Plans are to develop the site into a manufacturing facility for drilling rigs.
The 111.93-acre tract at FM 1960 and Broze Rd. is the site of the former Skinner Nursery. The site is located on the north side of FM 1960 directly across from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
