AUSTIN – Corporate Center III has been acquired in Austin by ATC Center LLC. The retail center totals 33,626 sf on Research Blvd. in Austin’s Central submarket.
The facility is 100 percent leased with tenants including Uptown Dance and Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
According to CoStar information, Houston-based Weingarten Realty Investors purchased the complex in 1997 for $5 million.
