CORPUS CHRISTI – The new Sam’s Club is officially open. The new 136,000-sf membership warehouse club is located at 4833 S. Padre Island Dr. Construction cost is estimated at $8.3 million, according to state licensing.
The project included demolishing the existing 20-year-old Walmart store on the 12-acre site.
