Sunrise Lake Center sells for $3M in Pearland

PEARLAND – The Sunrise Lake Center, two office buildings located at 9223 and 9307 W. Broadway St., has been sold to TRE Financial Services Inc. for $3 million, or about $40 per sf. The buildings total 75,950 sf.

City National Bank sold the buildings, which were both constructed in 2006. The complex was only about 30 percent occupied at time of sale.
