VICTORIA – Year-to-date data on Victoria housing show that the market continues to move in a positive direction, according to Lee Swearingen, the Ron Brown Company.
Total sales of residential homes in Victoria MLS for the 12 months ending September 2013 was 891, 3.6 percent (31 homes) more than the same period in 2012.
The average days on market for residential homes for the 12 months ending September 2013 was 100 — 2.0 percent longer than the same period 2012.
