Sam’s Club opens in Mansfield Town Center

MANSFIELD – A 136,085-sf Sam’s Club has opened at the Mansfield Town Center located off Hwy. 287 at Cooper St.

The Sam’s Club and Sam’s Club gas station, located at 1740 and 1600 N. Hwy. 157, had construction costs estimated at $6.5 million and $1 million, respectively. The new club brings 175 new jobs to community.

The retail center totals 572,000 sf and includes more than 30 retailers including The Cinemark 12 and XD Theater, Dollar Tree, Best Buy, Petco, Michael’s, Marshall’s, Home Goods, Shoe Carnival and Lane Bryant. ULTA and Five Below also recently opened stores in the retail center.

Mansfield Town Center now boasts a 96 percent occupancy rate.
