HOUSTON - Houston’s office market maintained a high level of leasing activity in third quarter 2013 — hitting more than 1 million sf of positive absorption.

Office sales reached about $1.3 billion in the area, representing a huge increase from $750 million in sales from 2Q 2013.

The largest completed lease transactions and largest completed sale transactions in 3Q 2013, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s Houston office, are listed below.
