Midland 41,000-SF Warfield Truck Stop redo

MIDLAND – A major redevelopment is underway at the former Warfield Truck Stop at I-20 and FM 1788.

Owner Petroleum Wholesale LP demolished the Warfield Truck Stop and Warfield Restaurant and is building a 41,000-sf 24-hour Travel Center expected to open in early August.

The new Warfield will contain a 24-hour Ace Hardware, 24-hour Carquest Auto Parts, a full-service convenience store and a discount grocery. The food court will include a Steak-n-Shake, a Subway and a Texas barbecue restaurant.
