Grand Prairie opens 855,000-SF Restoration Hardware hub

GRAND PRAIRIE – Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc., a high-end furniture and decorations company, has opened its new $22 million, 855,000-sf distribution hub at 1303 W. Pioneer Pkwy.

The facility at SH 161 and Arkansas Ln. will serve as the California-based company’s new southwest regional distribution hub and fulfillment center. The operation also includes a call center.

The company has hired 200 employees for the distribution hub and call center, but is continuing to hire employees.

The distribution hub was one of the largest industrial deals in North Texas in 2012. The 855,000-sf facility was developed by Atlanta-based developer Weeks Robinson.
