Bristol Oaks units sold in The Colony

THE COLONY – The Class A, 304-unit Bristol Oaks apartment complex has been sold to Cortland Partners. The 1998-built property, located at 4777 Memorial Dr., stood at 93.5 percent occupancy at the time of sale.

The community includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units plus amenities such as a putting green, playground area and resort-style pool.

Atlanta-based Cortland Partners purchased the property from The Pinnacle Family of Cos., and also acquired the 240-unit Avington Park at Fossil Creek on Riverside Dr. in North Fort Worth.

Cortland currently has 12 apartment properties in its Texas region.
