Empire Texas builds industrial in SE Fort Worth

FORT WORTH – Empire Texas Equities has completed the first of a two-phase project in developing a 24.2-acre industrial park near Loop 820 and Sun Valley Dr.

The first phase began a year ago with the construction of infrastructure needed to serve 27, one-half-acre lots and one 4.5-acre lot. The first phase also included the development of four flexible industrial buildings totaling 25,000 sf.

Second phase plans will focus on the construction of additional industrial-use buildings on the remaining vacant lots. The buildings are being marketed to companies in the construction, utility and gas drilling industries.
