CrossCreek 600-lot subdivision opens in NW San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – KB Home has announced the grand opening of a new single-family community, CrossCreek. The 200-acre subdivision is located on FM 1560, just outside Loop 1604 between Culebra Rd. and Schaenfield Rd.

At build out, CrossCreek will feature approximately 600 homes. Units in the first phase will range in size from 1,516 to 2,960 sf, and in price from $170,995 to $208,995.
