DALLAS – The 42-story Tower at Cityplace, at 2711 N. Haskell Ave. on N. Central Expy., is set to be purchased by Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners.

The 1.35 million-sf building on the edge of Dallas’ booming Uptown district is expected to sell for more than $135 million.

The 25-year-old Cityplace office high-rise is almost 70 percent leased to major tenants including Dean Foods, Hudson Advisors and Headington Cos.

The Miami-based commercial real estate firm is already a big player in the North Texas office market, with buildings in North Dallas and Las Colinas.
