SEGUIN – A 300,000-sf industrial property has been acquired by ElmTree Net Lease Fund II. Located at 1720 W. Kingsbury St., the property was purchased for $22.6 million.
The building is currently leased to FCA LLC, a third-party logistics provider for Caterpillar. The manufacturing and distribution facility, is expandable to 395,000 sf.
The property features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 4,000 sf of office space and two truck courts totaling 330 feet.
