Mixed-use project planned for Cedar Park

CEDAR PARK – A 43,240-sf shopping center at the corner of South Vista Ridge Blvd. and East Park St. is being planned by Scott Malone, founder of VERP LLC.

The Cedar Park project be a mixed of retail and medical office space.

The first phase — a 9,500 sf building — is scheduled to break ground in first quarter 2014. Malone will add another 9,500-sf building, a 18,970-sf building and then a 5,300-sf building that will be used as a child care center.
