HOUSTON – Builders FirstSource has signed a lease for 148,400 sf at 11711 Clay Rd. The single-story, 275,600-sf industrial building is located in the Northwest Inner Loop Industrial submarket. It was constructed in 1998.
Builders FirstSource is a supplier of structural building materials and services to home builders. The company currently operates 53 distribution centers and 47 manufacturing facilities in nine states.
