DALLAS - A 1.75-acre tract in downtown Dallas, adjacent to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, has been purchased by Ross Perot Jr., through The Perot Cos. The land allows for real estate development that could exceed 1.5 million sf.
The tract is located at the southeast corner of Woodall Rodgers Fwy. and Field St. The site is currently occupied by Bank of America, which will continue to operate its drive-through service under a lease agreement.
The zoning on the property allows for a development in excess of 1.5 million sf of density with no height limit.
