SAN ANTONIO – Sevona Westover Hills, a 296-unit community, has been acquired by Steel Castle Capital LLC. The Class A apartment community is located in Far West San Antonio, near the intersection of SH 151 and Loop 1604 in the Westover Hills master-planned community.
Amenities in the community include a 5,000-sf clubhouse modeled after an historic 1800s Texas farmhouse, a pool and a fitness center.
