HOUSTON - The 29-story, 396-unit Mosaic II residential building has been sold for $106 million, or $254 per sf. Occupancy was at 92 percent at the time of sale.
Mosaic II features 20,065 sf of ground level retail space, a 6,000-sf wellness center, penthouse units of up to 2,959 sf and a 6,500-sf social lounge and recreation area.
The company closed on the Houston property as part of a four property deal, which had an aggregate purchase price of $246 million.
Boston-based Winthrop Realty Trust acquired the property.
