North Texas first Buc-ee’s nugget in Terrell

TERRELL, KAUFMAN COUNTY – A major retail project is in the works for Terrell that will include the first Buc-ee’s store in North Texas. The Crossroads at Terrell will include 225,000 sf in the first phase.

The 60,000 sf Buc-ee’s will be constructed on nearly 20 acres in the future 36-acre power center known as the Terrell Market Center located at the intersections of I-20, FM 148 and Spur 557.

The construction is slated to begin in January 2014 and be completed in November 2014.
