St. Thomas wins $60M bid on HISD property

HOUSTON – St. Thomas High School’s $60 million bid for the High School for Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, located at 4701 Dickson St., has been approved by the Houston school board. The 86,048-sf building underwent a $3.7 million renovation in 2004, according to state filings.

The property is adjacent to the Catholic high school’s current location in the River Oaks-area near Bayou Park Park and downtown.
