SAN ANTONIO – Ground will break by year’s end on a 126,626-sf office space named Lockhill Crossing on the Northwest Side. The five-story, Class A building will sit on 16.98 acres at 4530 N. Loop 1604 W.

Lockhill Crossing will become the first speculative office space of its size to be built on the Northwest Side since 2008.

Lockhill Crossing’s location is near an area of town that has only a handful of top-tier office buildings — that command the second-highest rental rate in the city at $31.37 per sf, according to Xceligent data.

Stream Realty Partners will construct the building. Construction is expected to be complete during fourth quarter 2014.
