Kenswick AirFreight delivers Humble 133,250 SF

HUMBLE – Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre’s buildings three and four, totaling 133,250 sf, have been completed. The two rear-load industrial buildings are on a 13-acre parcel near George Bush Intercontinental Airport in the North Hardy Toll Road industrial submarket.

Commercial real estate developer and investor Trammell Crow Co. constructed the buildings in a joint venture with Clarion Partners. The new buildings sit adjacent to buildings one and two, which were completed in 2007 for $4.9 million, according to state filings.
