Bedford: 43,000-SF office sold on Tennis Dr.

BEDFORD – Sapience Partners Ltd. has sold the 43,428-sf, two-story office building at 1320 Tennis Dr. to Calvert Family Holdings. The financial services company acquired the building, which it intends to convert to its new headquarters, in an all-cash transaction.

The empty Class B building is directly behind a vehicle dealership and close to Airport Fwy. and SH 121 and 183 in a neighborhood of retail and multifamily complexes.

Amenities include an open atrium, executive offices, basketball court, two racquetball courts, gymnasium, commercial kitchen and covered swimming pool.
