AUSTIN - The 240-unit Landmark Conservancy, an upscale apartment community at 9301 Old Bee Cave Rd., is underway by Oden Hughes LLC. The complex is west of the intersection of US Hwy. 290 and Texas Hwy. 71 near Oak Hill on a 22-acre site that was purchased last month.
The community will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 526 sf to 1,350 sf. Rents will range from $800 to $1,900 a month.
More than 16 acres of the land will be preserved as open space. The developer is investing in a water retention system that will treat water for the site and five adjacent properties.
The project is scheduled to open in early 2015.
