Franklin Park’s senior living to Alamo Heights

ALAMO HEIGHTS – Franklin Companies has revealed plans for its $30 million Franklin Park senior living community. The 315,000-sf residential development will house 115 independent-living units, 62 assisted-living units and 40 memory-care units.

One of its more unusual amenities will be a freestanding coffee house open to the public that will occupy the corner of Everest and Sunset. Ground breaking for Franklin Park is slated for February.

Franklin Park owns and operates four other senior living properties in Texas, two of which are in San Antonio.
