DALLAS – Developer Harwood International is set to break ground on a 22-story tower at 2950 N. Harwood St. in the Harwood District on December 12, 2013.

The 136,000-sf office tower is a build-to-suit project for Frost Bank, which currently has its corporate offices within the 17-block Harwood District at 2727 N. Harwood St. in Dallas.

Along with Frost Bank’s new offices on floors ten through 14 totaling roughly 50,000 sf, the bank will have a 5,000-sf presence on the ground floor of the tower. The new building will help Frost Bank accommodate its growing operations.

Last year, Harwood planned to market the remainder of the building from $36 per sf to $42 per sf for office tenants. The tower will have two penthouses: a 9,800-sf penthouse on floor 21 and a 6,100-sf penthouse on the top floor.
