SAN MARCOS – Corvac Composites LLC has announced it will locate its newest manufacturing facility in San Marcos. The Mich.-based company will lease the 100,000-sf former American Tire building at 2350 Clovis Barker Rd.
Corvac manufactures wheel arch liners, under engine covers, belly pans and underbody aero covers. Its products are used by companies such as Toyota and Honda.
The new facility will bring more than 30 jobs and an expected investment of $3.6 million. Corvac is expected to begin modifying the building in January and plans to begin operations in March.
