Austin 815 Brazos, Nob Hill, Sunday House Square wait listed

AUSTIN – Starting in first quarter 2013, ECR has provided marketing and leasing services for 815 Brazos, Nob Hill, and Sunday House Square. 

At 815 Brazos — a 43,328-sf office property — ECR has completed six leases and renewals totaling 13,103 rentable sf while bringing the building’s occupancy to 100 percent and increasing lease rates by 20 percent during the same period.

For the entire portfolio, ECR executed 22 leases totaling 33,103 rentable sf within nine months. The portfolio’s occupancy was 100 percent in October 2013 — now there’s a wait list. During the same period, new lease rates increased by an average of 19 percent.
