Myers Crow & Saviers to build next to Katy’s GEICO

KATY – Myers Crow & Saviers Ltd., the real estate development firm that built the 135,000-sf building in Katy that GEICO recently chose for a major expansion, has decided to build another office space next to the Geico office.

The three-story 129,600-sf speculative office building, located at the Mason Creek Corporate Park near I-10 and the Grand Pkwy., will occupy a 9.3-acre site.

Myers Crow & Saviers plans to break ground on the new office building in March 2014 and complete the building in December 2014.

In addition to leasing Myers Crow & Saviers’ initial building in the Mason Creek Corporate Park, GEICO is creating 1,000 new jobs in the Katy area.
