Killeen, Harker Heights housing permit news

KILLEEN – Construction can begin on six new homes in Killeen and four residential structures in Harker Heights due to recently issued permits.

According to the Killeen report, new single-family home construction cost estimate for the six structures was about $1.14 million. The individual price of each home will range from $104,000 to $353,000.

The contractors are building the homes on Sands Ln., Parkmill Dr., Tara Dr., Tanzanite Dr. and Inspiration Dr.

In Harker Heights, the city issued two single-family home construction permits to Killeen-based Cameo Homes for dwellings on Cattail Circle and Walden Creek.

The two residences range in price between $250,000 and $350,000, according to a Harker Heights report.
