San Antonio: 30,113 SF leased

SAN ANTONIO – Seven new leases totaling 30,113 sf have been inked in by The Richland Cos. Six new leases were signed at West Loop II, a flex-office building on the Northwest Side; and one new lease was signed at Potranco Plaza, a retail center on the far West Side.

West Loop II spans 170,453 sf at 5407–5419 Bandera Rd. Leases signed at West Loop II include:

•  Care Givers Home Health Texas, 3,640 sf;
•  K-Air Corp. 1,984 sf;
•  Texas Diaper Bank, 6,614 sf;
•  Cheer Gym, 5,400 sf;
•  H&S Champs Medical, 5,409 sf;
•  Ortiz Cabinet Shop, 3,000 sf.

The 29,363-sf Potranco Plaza is located at 9902 Potranco Rd. At Potranco Plaza, Grace Dance Studio LLC inked a lease for 4,066 sf.
