MANSFIELD – Advenir Inc. has acquired the Class A, 268,334-sf, 256-unit Spyglass Apartment Homes at 3251 Matlock Rd. Kaplan Management Co. sold the property built in 2012.
The complex will be renamed Advenir at Walnut Creek. In June 2013, the firm purchased the 334-unit Dolce Living apartments on SH 360 also in Mansfield.
Florida-based Advenir currently owns more than 7,400 apartment units valued at more than $550 million. The company has operations in Florida, Texas and Colorado.
