Mansfield: 59-home Villages of Park Hill set to start

MANSFIELD – Encore Land LLC purchased 15 acres of land for a new residential community at 2011 Callender Rd. near SH 287.

The 59-home community, The Villages of Park Hill, will include homes built by Dunhill Homes of Dallas. Homes will range from 2,290 sf to 3,600 sf per home.

The community features mature trees, walking trails and a nearby park. The project is expected to be complete by summer 2014.

Mansfield was recently named one of the best small cities to move to, according to Movoto.
