CARROLLTON – GH Techridge Five has expanded its presence in North Texas with the purchase of the 470,000-sf industrial facility at 2625 Belt Line Rd. The building, formerly owned by Cabot II, sits on 19.20 acres.

In October, Grupo Haddad bought a two-story office building in Plano as part of its real estate investment strategy.

There’s been a high-demand for industrial space in North Texas. According to Transwestern’s latest Dallas-Fort Worth Outlook, the overall vacancy rate for industrial real estate in the region was 8.5 percent by mid-year, which was down from 9.9 percent at the same time last year.
