Dominion sells Arlington industrial to Duratile

ARLINGTON – Dominion Enterprises has sold the vacant office-warehouse at 925 111th St. in the Great Southwest Industrial District to Duratile Natural Stone LLC.

The 36,006-sf industrial building has been empty for almost two years. The new owner has been operating in a smaller, nearby location. Duratile plans to remodel the building and move in early 2014.
