AUSTIN – Las Colinas, a 178-unit community located in Northeast Austin, has been acquired by a private Minnesota-based buyer. The apartment community is located at 1500 Reagan Hill Dr.

Built in the 1960s and 1970s, the garden-style community offers one- and two-bedroom units, a playground, and tree-lined interior courtyards. Occupancy at the time of sale was 97 percent.
