90-Unit Wilshire West changes hands in Austin

AUSTIN – The 73,260-sf, 90-unit Wilshire West multifamily complex, located at 4411 Airport Blvd., has been sold to Reliance Capital Partners. M3 Multifamily was the seller in the transaction.

The apartment community consists of one- and two-bedroom units spread across 12 two-story buildings. It was built in 1963 in the Upper Boggy Creek Multifamily submarket and was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale.

The property was assessed for $2.65 million. This was a 1031 Exchange for another property in South Austin.
