Flower Mound’s 146-room Marriott River Walk underway

FLOWER MOUND – Texas-based developer New Era Hotels & Resorts has broken ground for the five-story, 146-room Courtyard by Marriott River Walk at Central Park in Flower Mound.

This will be the Town of Flower Mound’s first hotel upon completion in second quarter 2016 and will be part of the town’s River Walk mixed-use development.

The hotel will have 39 rooms with balconies with views of Flower Mound’s River Walk. Other plans for the hotel include a 6,100-sf ballroom and meeting room, a European-style courtyard, amphitheater and an indoor pool and fitness center.
