SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) released its November 2013 Greater San Antonio Area Market Report.
Existing single-family home sales decreased 17.1 percent from October 2013 for a November 2013 total of 1,312 sold units. The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $158,900, down 0.7 percent compared to October 2013.
