DALLAS – Felder Property Group has acquired the seven-building Oakbrook Plaza office complex at 1515-1575 W. Mockingbird Ln. The 176,872-sf office project includes a seven-story tower and six one-story buildings on the site near Harry Hines Blvd.
The previous owner — a real estate partnership — had held the property since the 1990s. The property is valued for taxes at $5 million.
New owner Felder Property has multiple office and industrial properties in the Dallas area, including several in the Love Field area.
