Hawthorne Suites sold on N.E. Side

SAN ANTONIO – The Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham San Antonio has been purchased by New York-based Jacobs Real Estate Advisors on the Northeast Side. The firm bought the property for $4.6 million from Live Oaks Apartments LP.

The extended-stay hotel is located near Loop 1604 and I-35. In the last year, the hotel underwent a $2 million renovation.

JREA Management, a sister company of the investment firm, will manage the property.
