Dallas’ Preston Center Pavilion and Square sold

DALLAS – Preston Center Pavilion and Square, a 230,842-sf shopping center, has been sold. The 35-tenant shopping center sits at 8335 Westchester Dr. at the southwest corner of Northwest Hwy. and Preston Rd.

It was redeveloped in 2000 and includes tenants such as DSW Show Warehouse, Gold’s Gym, Office Depot, Pei Wei and Chipotle.

U.S. Commercial LLC was the previous owner. A private real estate fund was the buyer.
