Holt Lunsford to start Carrollton industrial complex

CARROLLTON – Holt Lunsford Commercial, along with Frontier Equity and ML Realty Partners, plans to break ground on a two-building industrial complex in mid-January.

The two buildings will total 295,817 sf on 15.5 acres at 1215 W. Crosby Rd., at the corner of W. Crosby Rd. and Hutton Dr. Construction costs are estimated at $8.5 million, according to state filings. The property has dock doors and typical bays for industrial properties.
