$6M affordable housing complex coming to WFWICHITA FALLS – Overland Property Group of Topeka, Kan., will build a 36-unit multifamily affordable housing development at 3200 Maplewood. Construction of the approximate $6 million project is expected to start in January 2014.
The development will include two- and three-bedroom units, a clubhouse and other amenities.
