Victoria technology center readies for 115,000 SF

VICTORIA – Victoria College Emerging Technology Center has been issued a permit for $14.3 million for the construction of its new facility. The facility, located in the Lone Tree II Industrial Park at 7403 Lone Tree Rd., consists of two buildings — an industrial training facility and classroom facility.

The two-story Industrial Training facility will total 44,180 sf. The three-story Classroom facility will consist of 71,262 sf.

The center is scheduled for completion in spring 2015.
