Lubbock Gander Mountain packs sale
LUBBOCK – The Gander Mountain store located at 4006 W. Loop 289 has been sold for more than its initial $9 million purchase price. The 55,000-sf store was completed in 2007 for an estimated construction cost of $5.4 million.
The company also sold a Gander Mountain located at 2301 Earl Rudder Fwy. in College Station at a premium to the original $11.6 million acquisition price. The 66,000-sf store was completed in 2007 for an estimated construction cost of $4.4 million, according to state filings.
Gander Mountain is a national retailer of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear. Inland Private Capital Corporation handled the sale of the two properties resulting in aggregate net proceeds of $22.2 million.
