Aluminum manufacturer takes 105,000 SF in Coppell

COPPELL – YKK AP America Inc. has nearly tripled its Dallas-Fort Worth footprint to 105,000 sf as it relocates to Beltline Trade Center Building A near DFW International Airport.

The company, which produces aluminum storefront and facade systems, previously occupied 36,427 sf of space in Carrollton.

YKK’s move brings the building to 100 percent occupancy. Other tenants include UPS Honeywell, and Georg Fischer Harvel.
